My mother remembered me when she got sick
I want to share my story, although I understand that I may receive misunderstanding and condemnation.
Probably, many are familiar with this situation when in a family where there are two children, the parents love one more than the other. In my case, my mother’s favorite is my eldestbrother , and she never really hid it, and I was an unwanted child, because of whom she allegedly lefthusband .
AllThroughout her life , she rushed around with her brother as if he were a dirty bag, bought him off from the police, paid off his debts, gave him a clean bill of health from drunkenness. I exchanged our three-room apartment so that my son could have a separate place to live; in the end, she ended up in a hostel, and he lives “in the reception area” with his next partner. Thank God my grandparents took care of me,my mother kept me out of sight. My grandparents have been gone for a long time, my husband and I live outside the city, and mine now lives in their apartment.daughter with son-in-law and child. Recently my mother broke her hip. I helped with money for the operation, but I categorically refused to take her home and look after her, although my brother really insisted. The mother herself chose her favorite, and life put everything in its place.
Even now I see how her gaze fills with tenderness at the sight of her adored son. And she remembered about me only when she got into trouble, not realizing that for all these years there were no other feelings left in my soul for her except disappointment and resentment.
