Когда работа важнее семьи
Долго искала работу, потом пришлось поменять несколько, зато набралась и опыта работы, и опыта общения с людьми. Правда, не всегда положительного. С одной работы пришлось уйти, как раз из-за коллектива, складывавшийся из одних женщин. Постоянные сплетни, доносы начальству мне надоели, и пришлось искать новую работу. Я не очень-то и жалела, там помимо таких коллег и зарплата была маленькая, что лишь ускорило мое увольнение. Заведующий даже не удивился, что я увольняюсь, проработав всего несколько месяцев, лишь сказал: «у нас никто долго не задерживается». Что он имел в виду, я расспрашивать не стала.
В компании, где я работаю сейчас, меня вначале все устраивало. Хороший коллектив, зарплата и главное, должность начальника отдела. Мой тоже были все довольны, и я подумала, что наконец-то повезло и мне. Но через полгода, шеф стал просить задержаться после работы всем отделом, сказал, что много работы. Претензии по этому поводу все высказывали, конечно же, мне, можно подумать, что мне такое решение начальства очень нравится, что только у них всех семьи, а я могу test-antibiotic.com сидеть на работе сутками. Не считая того, что мне еще приходится сидеть и после работы на всяких совещаниях, на которых говориться почти одно и то же: мало работаем.
На одном из них босс сказал, что в конце месяца нужно всем выйти еще и в субботу, пообещал заплатить отдельно за этот день. Когда весь коллектив возмутился и отказался выйти, было сказано, что это мы работаем на компанию, а не компания на нас и кому не нравится, может увольняться. Уходить никто не спешил, где опять искать работу, да и нет гарантии, что на новом месте все будет не так. Я-то уже из своего опыта знаю, что на каждой работе свои недостатки и приходится с этим мириться, разве что уйти и попробовать работать на себя.
