This morning at breakfast my husband and I started talking about various things and...The husband said the following.
A mutual friend said that a married friend wrote to him, who was returning from a corporate party late at night and was “tipsy.” As I understand it, there was flirting on her part, the acquaintance was confused and hushed up the conversation.
So,my husband shared with me that he told a friend that he was dull and did not take advantage of the moment, but could have called him to his place. I ask my husband: “Do you think this is advice from a friend? Any advice?" He only replied that this was male solidarity. And he technically left the topic, apparently realizing that he had blurted out too much. And so I felt uneasy from these words, to the point of goosebumps.
